RESIDENTIAL GLASS FIELD TECHNICIAN
No Experience Necessary — We Will Train!
Kirkwood Glass is looking for a dependable and motivated Residential Glass Field Technician to join our team.
This position involves working in customers’ homes to measure, deliver, install, repair, and replace a variety of residential glass products.
Responsibilities
- Measure and install residential glass products
- Repair and replace broken or damaged glass
- Travel to customers’ homes throughout the St. Louis area
- Safely handle glass, tools, and equipment
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle
- Work closely with our office and installation teams
Qualifications
- No previous glass experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working with tools and learning new skills
- Able to perform the physical requirements of the position
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Willingness to learn — we will train the right person

SHOWER DOOR ESTIMATOR & INSTALLER
Experience Required
Kirkwood Glass is seeking an experienced Shower Door Estimator & Installer to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone with experience measuring, estimating, and installing shower doors and enclosures who takes pride in quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Measure shower openings accurately for new shower enclosures
- Estimate shower door and enclosure projects
- Work with customers to determine appropriate shower enclosure options
- Install framed and frameless shower doors and enclosures
- Read measurements, specifications, and product information
- Troubleshoot installation issues in the field
- Safely handle glass, hardware, tools, and equipment
- Maintain a professional appearance while working in customers’ homes
- Communicate effectively with customers and our office team
Qualifications
- Previous shower door measuring and installation experience required
- Experience with framed and frameless shower enclosures
- Strong measuring and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable and punctual
- Professional customer-service skills
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of shower door installation
